A company is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for the Center for Professional Development. Key Responsibilities Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, tech support, catering, and on-site assistance Manage participant communication, including RSVPs, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-ups Handle financial and administrative processing, including initiating purchase orders and tracking budgets Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office support experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work 15 hours a week, primarily in-person with some remote options Background screenings (CORI and SORI) will be conducted as a condition of employment Experience in event planning and budget management is preferred
