Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for clients on non-technical questions and assist with document coordination Support Partners and Managers with tax return preparation, billing, and internal operations Analyze data and manage client accounts using various tax technology tools Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years in a client service-driven environment Administrative experience required Experience in a tax firm is preferred but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
