With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator at Broad-Ocean Motor of Indiana, LLC oversees regional shipments to ensure timely, efficient movement of goods. This fast-paced role involves managing complex supply chain operations with multiple moving parts and requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective coordination. Success in this position depends on the ability to operate at a high level under pressure, maintain efficient processes, build strong relationships with vendors and transportation partners, and support overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supports Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations Monitors supply chains and shipments Engages in regular communication with clients Ensures timely schedules for client orders Maintains accurate and consistent records Addresses errors to promote client satisfaction Manages inventory databases Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Minimum 6 months to 1 year clerical experience in supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation 6 months to 1 year of experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) software Experience with Warehouse Inventory Management Software Comfort using common logistics management software, such as Oracle Collaborative attitude Solution-oriented mindset Lateral-thinking ability Strong communication and organizational skills Capacity to multitask Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field Familiarity with Just-in-Time (JIT) supply chain principles Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management Ability to analyze data to predict and adjust future scheduling based on customer consumption Advanced research and data analysis skills Work Schedule: Monday Friday from 8:00am 5:00pm.
