Recruiter We are seeking a driven Recruiter to manage high-volume staffing needs while building strong client and associate relationships. This role blends recruiting execution with client engagement and business growth, requiring a proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexibility required) Occasional after-hours networking or urgent project support Responsibilities Client & Business Development Conduct at least five client visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify new staffing needs Meet with associates on assignment to ensure satisfaction and address issues proactively Generate new orders and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships Maintain consistent billing growth by onboarding new or reactivated clients Deliver a high level of service through responsiveness and quality placements Recruiting & Order Fulfillment Manage and fill a high volume of open requisitions across multiple skill sets Maintain near-100% order fulfillment in alignment with team performance goals Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment Associate Engagement & Retention Actively manage associate relationships to reduce turnover Conduct on-site check-ins and resolve concerns quickly Track associate conversions to permanent roles as a success metric Team Collaboration Participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities and performance goals Maintain accountability to individual and team metrics Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, or client-facing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Results-driven and accountable to performance metrics Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, including Teams What Success Looks Like Consistent fulfillment of client orders Strong client and associate relationships Reduced turnover and increased associate conversions Steady account and billing growth
