Payroll Specialist II

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers. Key Responsibilities Act as a named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction Configure Workday pay components and support year-end processes while troubleshooting audit reports Required Qualifications Associate's degree 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax experience
