A company is looking for a FM Lite Sr. Facility Coordinator to assist with the operation and management of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities Provide overall facility management services and monitor client satisfaction Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs, and manage work orders Assist in training vendors and new associates on procedures and service delivery Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or tenant services roles Experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred Working knowledge of lease terms and management agreements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and building systems
