A company is looking for a Patient Resource Navigator for the Mid-West region. Key Responsibilities Educate patients on treatment steps and available support offerings Act as a liaison between hemophilia treatment centers and patient support case managers Provide ongoing support and education to patients throughout their gene therapy journey Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a science discipline 5-7 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center or related healthcare organization Background in social work, public health, nursing, or similar fields Experience with patient advocacy in the Bleeding Disorders Community is strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred
