Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients, addressing insurance-related inquiries Assist with problem resolution and ensure accurate information is entered into the system Process policies and related documents efficiently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least six months of customer service-related experience Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
