People Operations Intern (Summer 2026) The People Operations Intern will report to the Manager of People Operations and Culture, supporting the department with various Human Resources responsibilities and cultural initiatives. This role involves maintaining records, facilitating the hiring process, and contributing to employee engagement efforts. This internship is not a paid position and is for Summer semester, course credit, with a 20-hour/week requirement. Candidate will report to Philadelphia office. The People Operations Intern will: Evaluate pre-employment screenings and skill assessments. Schedule initial interviews. Maintain employee records, spreadsheets, and project deadline tracking. Perform HR tasks. Participate in planning employee engagement activities. Provide data entry and administrative support. Assist with correspondence and calendar management. Minimum requirements include: Current enrollment as a junior or senior student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the highest level of integrity. Highly motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn quickly. Responsive and open to feedback and growth. Hours: Part-time opportunity: 20h/week Work location: Philadelphia, PA 19123.
