A company is looking for an Operations Technician II.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the Broadband network, responding to alarms and customer calls Document network failures and maintenance activities, establishing data for problem resolution Analyze and resolve trouble situations, managing multiple trouble reports and providing Tier I support Required Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Broadband / DSLAM network systems and configurations Basic understanding of Ethernet router/switch and ATM network equipment Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including evenings, nights, and weekends Experience in a Network Operations Center is a plus
