Founded in 1942, Jasper Engines and Transmissions is a stable company with a track record of success. Job Overview Duties include: Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24' box truck. Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service. Following DOT rules and regulations. Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle. Assisting with branch warehouse support. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person. Schedule: 4 days per week (M/W/Th/F) 10-hour shifts and hours may vary. No weekends. This branch does require an overnight route, 1 - 2 times a month. Qualifications: Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required) Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required). Understanding of how to use a GPS. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift. Pay and Benefits: Starting rate $21.00/hour. Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases. We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus. On the job training.
