HR Payroll Specialist Our client is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and core HR functions in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive employee data. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees Maintain payroll records, updates, deductions, and changes Assist with HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policies Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data Required Qualifications: Previous payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices High accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days per week Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
