The Opportunity: Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries. Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results. Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery. Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics. Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization. Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or relevant field. Bilingual in English and Korean. Strong relationship builder. Excellent data analysis skills. Outstanding communications skills. Solid business acumen.
