A company is looking for a Director, Customer Outcomes Go To Market. Key Responsibilities Own the commercial sales strategy for Professional and Customer Success services, aligning with Field Sales, Partners, and Marketing Develop and close transformational service deals that enhance customer relationships and accelerate business value realization Coach and mentor the team to identify, shape, scope, and close complex service engagements while delivering against defined booking and revenue targets Required Qualifications Proven experience in exceeding services-led bookings and revenue in a quota-carrying role Leadership experience in services sales or a similar role Experience in closing high-value transformational deals that impact customer strategy Understanding of AI's role in driving customer outcomes Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across various teams
