A company is looking for a GenAI Platform Support Engineer (Tier 2). Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users regarding the GenAI Platform Document support interactions and perform root cause analysis for issues Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and monitor system performance Required Qualifications Must possess or be able to obtain an active DoW Secret security clearance Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/Escalation Support, System Administration, or DevOps roles in a cloud environment Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, GenAI APIs, and performance metrics Understanding of information security principles and best practices Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
