A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative (US).
Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide courteous and efficient customer service Follow quality and compliance standards for all interactions and document them accurately Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and recommend process improvements Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. required; additional education preferred 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiarity with help desk or CRM systems is a plus
