Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records for all fleet vehicles, including registration and maintenance Coordinate vehicle maintenance, procurement activities, and vendor relationships Compile and distribute operational reports to support business decision-making Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in administrative, logistics, or operations coordination Associate degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred Experience with reporting tools, fleet systems, or ERP systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives Strong organizational skills and adaptability
