Key Responsibilities Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics for the Executive Team Ensure data integrity within the HRIS and perform regular audits Provide administrative support for annual HR programs and assist with compliance reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a quantitative field 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably in HR Proven expertise in managing data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Prior experience as an administrator or heavy user of a modern HRIS Strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
