A company is looking for a Surplus Lines Insurance Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting Excess & Surplus Lines (E&S) products Conduct quarterly compliance assessments to maintain audit readiness and ensure regulatory alignment Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions to enhance compliance efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience At least 5 years of relevant E&S insurance experience Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills Excellent PC skills including Excel, Word, Access, and strong database management skills
