Key Responsibilities Own CRO and personalization strategy, analytics, and technology Develop and maintain an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap Analyze optimization performance and provide regular reports and insights of tests Required Qualifications 3+ years of conversion optimization experience Direct experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Mutiny, Google Optimize) Experience making data-driven decisions Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
