Key Responsibilities Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand position requirements and support hiring plans Manage portions of the recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level roles Develop candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and process transparency Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Exposure to ATS systems (Workday preferred)
