Clinical Services Representative

A company is looking for a Clinical Services Representative- REMOTE. Key Responsibilities Perform phone, mail, and fax functions for the Clinical Program Development department, including receiving requests for information and conducting outreach Investigate, resolve, and document inquiries, including PHI disclosures, while establishing reporting and tracking procedures Adhere to company SOPs and HIPAA compliance, and escalate inquiries to appropriate team members as necessary Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) is preferred Contact Center experience is a plus
