Key Responsibilities Assist with tracking contracts and certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with policies Support contract portfolio lifecycle by drafting modifications, extensions, and preliminary documents Provide general administrative support, including document proofreading, filing, and scheduling Required Qualifications Must reside in California and work remotely Experience with contract management and administrative tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Proactive communication skills with internal and external contacts Commitment to mission-driven and equity-minded work
