Production Build Specialist

A company is looking for a Production Build Specialist who will configure and support customer campaigns in their proprietary software. Key Responsibilities Set up and update projects in internal tools to ensure effective campaign messaging Manage support requests from internal teams and clients, making necessary changes and providing solutions Run tests and troubleshoot issues to ensure campaigns function as expected Required Qualifications Experience in a technical, operations, or configuration-heavy role Comfort with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV Able to learn and work within proprietary software Experience managing a queue of requests and prioritizing tasks Familiarity with basic scripting, ideally in Python, is a plus
