Technical Sourcer for Leadership

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer (Leadership) for a remote, contract position. Key Responsibilities Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent aligned with key company priorities Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to ensure targeting of top talent in the external market Required Qualifications 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research experience 5+ years of experience with Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems Experience in the technology industry is required Experience with executive recruiting is preferred, particularly in an executive search agency or corporate team Experience in Software Engineering (Enterprise or Hyper-scaler Grade) and/or Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center/Cloud Infrastructure is necessary
