Key Responsibilities Design and execute effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with Clinical Operations and other stakeholders Lead and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners Utilize recruiting metrics to enhance hiring outcomes and optimize recruiting processes Qualifications 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience 3+ years of recruiting management experience Ability to think strategically about recruitment in a fast-paced environment Experience as a strategic partner to various stakeholders Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
