Key Responsibilities Provide advanced functional troubleshooting and issue resolution Support reimbursement workflows and financial tracking processes Assist with audit logs, compliance reporting, and HUD requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in grants management or public sector systems Strong knowledge of grant lifecycle processes Experience with SaaS configuration and workflow management Experience with HUD-funded programs (CDBG, ESG, HOME)
