Key Responsibilities Manage incoming referrals and schedule appointments for a clinical department Navigate multiple systems to schedule appointments and ensure patients are informed of their options Engage patients in the scheduling process and manage referrals in the referral work queue Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Five years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment or a bachelor's degree Call center experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and manage difficult situations Strong keyboarding and computer skills
