Global Employee Relations VP

A company is looking for a VP, Global Employee Relations to lead the development of a modern, global Employee Relations function. Key Responsibilities Serve as the global executive owner of employee relations governance and operating model Design and implement a global employee relations and investigations model with consistent standards Establish scalable, compliant performance management and position elimination protocols Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent senior leadership experience in corporate employment law or employee relations 12-15+ years of experience in global employee relations, employment law, or investigations leadership roles Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on sensitive workforce matters Proven track record in building or leading global employee relations functions Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across Legal, HR, and executive leadership
