Vice President of Credit Management

A company is looking for a Vice President, Credit Manager to lead and manage a team of underwriting professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise an Underwriting Team for credit reviews and recommendations to the Credit Committee Present credit findings and recommendations to the Credit Committee and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Utilize internal systems and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, risk trends, and compliance adherence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of managerial credit underwriting experience Formal bank credit training strongly preferred Strong knowledge of SBA lending guidelines and credit structuring Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing high-performing underwriting teams
