Job Description

A company is looking for an HRIS Associate, People & Culture to provide administrative and operational support for the organization's HCM platform. Key Responsibilities Provide HRIS support by responding to user inquiries and managing support requests Conduct system maintenance, auditing user access, and assist with testing and reporting Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement of HR technology processes Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred Experience in an administrative, operational, or support role within HR or HRIS is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
