Assembler - Manufacturing

In this role, you'll contribute directly to the manufacturing of high-quality products by performing welding preparation, assembling mechanical components, and conducting product testing. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do: Prepare parts for welding through sanding, sandblasting, and pipe polishing Assemble and test a variety of products, including: Test pumps Air tank manifolds Swivel joints Loading arms (as needed) Follow shop orders, engineering drawings, and production prints to ensure accurate assembly Assist with wooden crate construction for shipment of completed parts Support other production areas and special projects as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous assembly or production experience is a plus Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work Familiarity with basic hand tools Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow shop orders and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to maintain an orderly workspace What We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Competitive salary Bonus programs 401K retirement plan Training opportunities Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Gym reimbursements, and more!
