Key Responsibilities Provide overnight virtual support for acute inpatient psychiatric services Initiate and adjust psychotropic medications and support admissions and crisis interventions Collaborate with onsite nursing leadership and ensure structured handoff to daytime providers Required Qualifications Master of Science Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing Less than 1 year of previous experience in psychiatric and addiction patient care MN Registered Nurse (RN) License Board Certified by ABMS or AOA Family Nurse Practitioner certification from ANCC
