California Licensed Clinical Accreditation Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Accreditation Manager to provide support and guidance on URAC and ACHC Accreditations. Key Responsibilities Lead accreditation survey readiness programs and conduct gap analyses Support ongoing readiness for accreditation surveys, including revising policies and providing training Participate in Quality Management Committees and facilitate mock audits and corrective action plans Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree, and a licensed Pharmacist Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Pharmacy, preferably with prior accreditation experience Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
