A company is looking for an Associate Director - AI Portfolio Lead. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the AI portfolio roadmap for avatars program deployment and AI use case expansion Deploy AI solutions to enhance operational excellence and productivity through educational programs Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and establish KPIs for each initiative Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, product leadership, or digital transformation Proven track record of leading enterprise AI initiatives from concept to scale Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and avatar technologies Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a relevant field is preferred
