Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate assessment activities, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and candidates Prepare interview materials and provide candidate coordination services, including answering queries and managing communications Assist with onboarding processes and maintain updated lists of external vendors and recruiting partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a related role Bilingual English/Spanish skills required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities
