Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative needed ASAP for local insurance company! Pay Rate $13 - $15 depending on experience and/or if Licensed in insurance Duties Include: Quote new business by phone or walk-in Process new business applications or to rewrite cancelled policies Follow up on leads and referrals Quote policy changes Process policy changes Prepare client lists of upcoming policy renewals Call clients 30-45 days prior to policy renewal to schedule appointments for an annual policy review Capitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customers Review premium change reports and contact clients to review coverage and pricing Remarket clients when needed as part of the renewal review Review and respond to underwriting requests from carriers Other Duties/Responsibilities: Answer the phone in a courteous manner Assist as interpreter with Hispanic clients Enter payments on the computer as needed Enter new clients into the agency management system Fax documents Scan documents and upload to agency management system or carrier websites Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $13.00 - $15.00 Call PrideStaff 205-440-3729 80 McFarland Blvd, Suite 3 Northport, AL All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
