A company is looking for a My Medicine Health Pharmacy Liaison - Outpatient. Key Responsibilities Support MMH patient prescription requests and collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate referred patients Coordinate prescription processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established workflows Develop relationships with patients and clinic teams to enhance program value and patient experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or state accepted equivalency Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the MA Board of Pharmacy National certification (CPT) from Pharmacy Tech Certification Board (PTCB) or exCPT Minimum of 4 years of outpatient pharmacy experience as a Tech I or Tech II Basic computer proficiency and understanding of pharmacy law and regulations
