Key Responsibilities Coordinate operations for the Programs and Services department and support the Chief Program Officer (CPO) Complete administrative tasks to facilitate the CPO's effectiveness, including managing communications and preparing documents Manage grant deliverables and assist senior staff with project timelines and presentations Required Qualifications 1 - 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional setting supporting senior-level staff Proficiency with program management software such as Asana Strong organization and project management skills Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe products Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues discreetly
