A company is looking for a Per Diem Healthcare Provider. Key Responsibilities Participates in handling telephone calls and service requests effectively and in a consumer-friendly manner Maintains knowledge of eligibility and admission criteria for relevant programs Conducts clinical assessments and schedules appointments as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience in the human services field At least three years of experience as a firefighter, Corrections Officer, EMS professional, or retired law enforcement officer Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work (if applicable) Valid driver's license required Equivalent education, experience, and/or training may substitute for the degree requirement
