A company is looking for an Assistant Professor of Practice & BA@S Online Practicum Director. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee student experiential learning site placements and supervisor assignments Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for experiential learning coursework and thesis projects Provide supervision, support, and training to supervisors and practicum faculty within the program Required Qualifications PhD in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) in good standing Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising students seeking Board Certification Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching graduate-level behavior analytic coursework Demonstrated ability to work with students across a broad range of social and personal identities and perspectives
