Bilingual Spanish Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Care Coordinator for Outpatient Case Management. Key Responsibilities Assist members with referrals, authorizations, and scheduling appointments Create and document cases in the case management module for hospital and skilled nursing facility discharges Work collaboratively with the case manager to manage member care and maintain updated records Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 1 year experience in health care, such as a health plan or medical office Minimum of 1 year experience assisting members with authorizations and scheduling High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Medical assistant training and medical terminology training preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
