Job Summary and Qualifications The Benefits Communication Analyst will develop and successfully implement employee benefits and communication strategies for HCA Healthcare Total Rewards programs. The will be an on-site role at our Corporate Office in Nashville, TN. Major Responsibilities: Serve as NewsFlash and Executive NewsFlash managing editor, which includes proposing and writing articles, designing layouts, securing approvals, maintaining distribution lists and distributing. Manage colleague benefits email process, including writing, editing, designing, distribution and tracking engagement. Coordinate HCA Healthcare wellness benefits communications initiatives, including administering Wellbeing Wednesday webinars. Lead planning, implementation and vendor relations related to communications for ancillary benefit plans. Manage the HRG training webinar series, including proposing topics, working with subject matter experts to write and design presentations, promotion to HR and tracking participation. Write, edit and proofread Total Rewards communications materials. Coordinate assigned graphic design projects with internal and external partners. Assist with drafting and distributing plan documentation. Assist with maintenance of internal and external online and mobile benefits content. Produce periodic benefits communications dashboards, reports and analysis. Assist with development and implementation of benefits communications strategy. Design and coordinate presentations for leadership, colleagues and vendors. Assist Employee Benefits staff with special projects, as assigned. Service Primary contact for HR business partners for questions regarding benefits publications. Assist with providing benefits content and resources for the HCAhrAnswers portal and call center. Maintain the Benefits Communications Library by cataloguing new materials and submitting archive materials to Records Management Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in communications or related field required Experience with Associated Press (AP) writing style Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
