Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues Log all help desk interactions via a computerized ticketing system Perform product training and demonstrations to end users while maintaining constructive relationships with merchants and resellers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred A minimum of one year of customer service work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace High level understanding of basic computer components, operating systems, and peripherals Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
