Production Operator

Production Operator Department: Production Supervisor: Production Supervisors Compensation: Full Time Non-Exempt ($18-20/hour) Position Responsibilities Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including, Safety, GMP and SQF Ability to follow verbal and written directions. Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and organized working area. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand during a 10-hour shift and lift up to 55lbs. Key Employee Touchpoints Production Supervisor/s QA Manager and Technicians Maintenance Manager Director of Operations Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent education Basic mathematical skills Flexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekends Be a team member Experience 1-2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred Previous experience with operating of manufacturing equipment Food handling and manufacturing knowledge preferred Additional Competencies Fluent English required.
