Technical Training Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop training materials and programs for client services in the Clinical Trials Division. Key Responsibilities Document processes, identify training needs, and create training materials including user guides and SOPs Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning content Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on data analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and delivering technical training Experience with video creation and editing software Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
