Senior Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage cybersecurity compliance for clients in the Defense Industrial Base. Key Responsibilities Lead compliance efforts and act as the primary advisor on cybersecurity compliance and regulatory alignment for assigned clients Implement and monitor compliance frameworks, guide clients through audits, and ensure necessary documentation is in place Develop compliance documentation, manage incident response plans, and conduct risk assessments to improve compliance postures Qualifications Broad understanding of systems and security engineering principles, including troubleshooting systems and network fundamentals Experience within the Defense Industrial Base, with expertise in assessing compliance for DIB contractors Hands-on experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012, including leading compliance assessments CMMC Certified Assessor, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
