Key Responsibilities Update CSM/CRM systems and manage advisor calendars Handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to information requests Assist Financial Advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Good understanding of Microsoft programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive) Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information Previous administrative or secretarial experience desired Ability to handle multiple tasks with high quality during interruptions Must reside in the Fox Valley area
