A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing, multi-state workforce. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary internal contact for HR-related questions and manage employee relations issues Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits programs Support recruiting efforts and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience with a PHR certification, or 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience Experience in a traditional HR Generalist role within a small to medium-sized, growing organization Strong experience with end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration Proven ability to create, implement, and scale HR policies and processes
