Job Summary As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounts payable records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities Verify and code invoices for payment Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective accounts payable processes Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role Strong proficiency in accounts payable and general accounting principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions This is a full-time, office-based position with a standard 40-hour work week.
